Heroic Family! I'm back.
Life has been Fruit-FULL 🍇
My word of 2026 is ὑπομονή - Hypomonē. Patient Endurance.
Romans 5:3: Not only that, but we rejoice in our sufferings, knowing that suffering produces endurance...
In January, my 7-month pregnant wife Katie and I attended the Heroic Activation Workshop with Katherine Macey. 🎯
To embody Hypomonē, I responded to the call to return to the spiritual discipline of long-distance running. In February, wearing "Bib 51", I crossed the line of my first marathon smiling with soul aflame on legs cramping for miles. A proud milestone, yet just one of hopefully many more on a lifetime journey of my newly found vision for "143 Movement". 🤟🏽
In March, Katie heroically labored and birthed our beautiful blessing, Hugo, our second child. Euphoric and sleep-deprived, we endured norovirus for our first week as a new family of four. Hypomonē. 👶🏻
The past 100 days have been the most chaotic, sweet, sacred, and emergent, 100 days of my life. 💯

Flash-forward 2.5 weeks ago: I shared my story and testimony of faith, for the first time publicly and recorded, with the incredible Service Space community.
